· Managed the team that implemented Ada at Wilcox. Team demonstrated Ada running on a single board computer designed and built at Wilcox. Researched, evaluated and purchased the Ada compilers at Wilcox

Program Manager - Program Manager for the FAA Loran C Interface Program to add the Loran C monitoring function to the VORTAC network

· Managed the design, coding, testing, and delivery of the Loran C Interface to the Second Generation VORTAC system for the FAA. Delivered 245 kits, software, and manuals.

· System analysis and design for the processor and the environmental interfaces of FAA MLS System Remote Monitoring System

· Performed system analysis and design for the central processor and the FAA maintenance system interface of the FAA VOR/DME Remote Monitoring System.

· Implemented 10 workstation network for the System Engineering Department Workstations networked with Ethernet to VAX 750 as file and printer server. Used Excellerator Software/System Design and Development software..

· Implemented system to use as communications link to partners in Norway and France. Used X-TALK for file transfer of proposal volume drafts and other communications.

· Implemented the first VAX 750 system at Wilcox. Used for CAD with SCICARDS.

· Performed system design and proposal for the VSCS Voice Switching System for the FAA. Coordinated with our partner in Norway.
