· Managed a team of engineers in the implementation of a computer controlled test set for the FAA Calibration Performance Monitoring Equipment for the FAA.

· Analyzed, synthesized design, documented, and validated the Remote Monitoring System (RMS) for the FAA MLS CAT II/III and VOR/DME systems.

· Managed all PC computer systems and accessories and software.

· Designed, coded and implemented database conversion and implementations in Visual Basic 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 as well as dBase , Microsoft Access and Clipper.
